on the third Wednesday of the month?
With an annual subscription of £20 members receive a monthly magazine by e-mail, which includes a programme of forthcoming events and is sent out the week prior to the monthly meeting. Plus there's the bonus of discounts at the local car accessory shops and plenty of chance to meet other members socially. We try to offer technical help where possible, or even some extra muscle which could be occasionally needed!
At the local Classic Car Shows we have a club stand, where entry is often free to members with their vehicles (the cost of membership is rapidly saved if you enjoy visiting shows). We have our own local annual show, this year to be held at Brookside Garden Centre in Poynton, where we like to gather as many of our members as possible.
THE MG SECTION
The Hare and Hounds Classic Vehicle Club is affiliated to the MG Owners Club, and is listed as AF05 in the MGOC magazine’s Regional Review where you can read the monthly report of our activities. There are about 20 MG owners in H&H with cars ranging from MGTCs, MGBs, MGFs, and MGTFs and the membership is increasing. Our MG Section is very active with members travelling to other MGOCs to take part in their runs, as well as attending Classic Car Shows around the north west and of course the H&H events.
